It's nice to have the opportunity to get something warm to eat. The host also makes sure that you keep your distance. But if this is supposed to be the "legendary Kaiserschmarrn" as it says on the label, then we were really lucky that we didn't try anything else.

Zero compliance with the AHA rule, even if the ballpoint pen is wiped off for writing. Chairs back to back with no space. Totally unfriendly host.

Food is in lower average quality with price too high for that. Under current COVID-19 situation, waiter was not wearing a mask at all.

Food offer: We wanted to have breakfast. There is no breakfast menu. There are only the simplest, white bakery rolls and, on request, jam and butter and possibly other things. The Kaiserschmarrn, however, was good. Service: Extremely unfriendly. Even the demand for a menu is answered with unease. It is incomprehensible that after Corona the landlord is not even grateful that the guests are coming back. We will never go there again.

We found the service to be very unfriendly and without an overview. No greeting, no nice word, just harsh, short comments. A lady e.g. asked if you could just choose a place (Corona time!). The waitress didn't even look up and growled "If there's space ...". We sat at a table for 20 minutes and weren't even looked at, let alone greeted or served. Then we left.

As always, the best cake and cappuccino. Always worth a stop

Pancake soup ok in terms of price ... added old bread ..... hhhmmmmm yummy? Sausage bread with the same old bread for 5.80 euros without words ..

Yesterday there were cake and coffee drink. Great weather and a really cool host. It was lovely in the sun. Will definitely come back.

Bar without pretension, where you can drink a good radler or a fragrant glühwein. You can taste weißwurst or Kaiserschmarm, all goodness! Prices a little more than the norm, but the bar is nestled in a postcard and it's worth the cost and also the journey to get to Spitzingsee

Greatest apple pie in the world with traditional authentic Bavarian „grantl“ service. Excellent and definitely worth the visit!

Service was quick and understood us, not as others claim here. Food and drinks came quickly, and yes it was Kaiserschmarrn, and yes he tasted too !! Still, it was by far not the best Kaiserschmarrn in the area, but quality was fine!

Simple, rustic, nice, on the edge of the path, with a wonderful view of the Spitzingsee. The cake and the giant iced coffee, which lived up to its name, were recommended. The boss was very nice. Ok for a stopover.
